Of Love, Gravity and Glass Walls
Of Love, Gravity and Glass Walls
but why
(if i was flying you
kite-like
in your dream?)
no sound
through the thickness
of glass came to
touch me?
oh! Mais oui!
we both flew
(swung like gravity’s
own slingshot
from your arm!)
perpendicular
to horizontal glass walls;
and the floor
fell way away, down
beneath my
head;
no, but swiping to
wear the next
dream we were already:
falling sideways
and up, up;
what if
love’s infrasound could not
pierce the glass
floor,
(downside up)
and touch
my heart?
