Never Ending

This ground you stand so firmly on,

Was just an empty road I was passing by

Cos now you believe that I believe,

We’re both broke we won’t deny it.

I was holding on for reasons you know.

Reasons you could never know while I was holding on.

Cos this rope of trust I’m letting it go.

Now if you wanna hold tight, I’d still be gone.

They could have built a cage while I was flying off.

We could still be boasting about all the wrongs we did.

Could still be fighting over the silliest things one could ever imagine.
