My Voice

I never check the pay register,

I never compare the pay band,

I never cry for special perks and comfort,

It's my choice to work

As I feel it important...

So, I don't care

How some people enjoy

Their lavish lifestyle

And how some struggle day in and day out

For their plate of food.

I want to tell them

Who think that

I am broken

And shattered 'within'...

Let there be

Innumerable 'agnipariksha',

I won't pace back

Or surrender at any cost!

I challenge them

Who predicted my life 

As they had

'Wrongly' designed.

I say, mind it,

I am the creator

Or destroyer of 

My destiny, it's evident!

Thus, I won't give them

Any opportunity

To disturb my peace of mind

At any cost!

I challenge them

With my firm faith!

I challenge them

With my genuine abilities

And my bitter-sweet-sour

And pungent experiences!

I challenge

Their so called

'Misconceptions' or 'misconducts'!

I challenge them

NOT to intervene and interfere

In my kingdom

Of NOTHINGNESS,

Because I am richer

In my bona fide thoughts,

Words and deed

Than their so-called

Measuring rod

Of 'illogical' success 

Based on Money Matters

And heavy Bank Balance!

I claim my

Enriching Bank of Good Thoughts

As my sole asset.

(I don't care about

Others' myopic viewpoints....

So, I remain silent,

But I'm NOT dead!)

So, I raise my Voice

Against all injustice

In this otherwise justifying world,

'Tragically: unjustified with

Some dishonest and

Disunited group

Of self-centered

And the so-called

Calculative 'modern' people...!

Yes, I raise my voice...!!!
