My Sister

My Sister

In the heart's garden, where memories bloom,

A sacred bond, in the light of the moon.

My sister dear, on this Rakhi day,

I'll let my emotions flow straight away.

With threads of love, we tie our fate,

A bond so strong, it's never too late.

Through laughter and tears, we've grown so wide,

Your love, a constant, by my side.

In childhood days, those innocent fights,

Yet, your understanding, like starry nights.

You wiped my tears, held my hand so tight,

Guiding me through life's darkest night.

Your care, a blanket in the coldest storm,

In your embrace, I've always felt warm.

Through thick and thin, you've stood by me,

My sister's love, so pure and free.

Unconditional love, like a river's flow,

In your presence, my heart does glow.

On this Rakhi day, with love I say,

You're my sunshine in every way.

So, here's a promise, wrapped in this thread,

To cherish the happiness our bond has spread.
