When you are passionate about something

It sends tingles down your spine

When I do something that I love

All the world is mine

Baking is my passion

You may be pondering why so

Its because when I’m baking

I’m ecstatic from head to toe.

The fragrance of the spices

It just feels like home

Doesn’t matter if it's conventional

Or something new from chrome

The sizzling in the pan

The aroma from the oven

Is something that ascends 

Straight from the heaven

And of course

The fruit of labor is sweet indeed

Or this case, piquant or pungent

Or whatever flavor you need.

Baking isn’t just a task

Its an experience

When a delicious result makes you elated

And waiting for it, extremely tense

With a bland beginning

Is how the story of baking starts

But a flavourful climax later

You get a sweet ending at last
