My Guide For The Day
Wake up early in the morning,
Drink lot of water two to three glasses,
Complete your wash room jobs,
Go for a walk or jogging,
Which I don't do.
Then after coming, have your bath, breakfast and get ready for your job;
And start your day for your work.
Don't sleep again in between otherwise all your routine
Will be spoiled and you will be late.
Have your lunch in time, don't skip your lunch.
Have some tea or juices in the evening,
Have your dinner on time and watch some television program after dinner,
Don't go to sleep after dinner, there should be a gap of two hours;
Have a sound sleep.
