MY EPILOGUE, 2024

As this year comes to an end; 

Lets cherish the moments spend;

Lessons learned, truth that unfolded;

Served as a reality check, my beliefs were altered.

As I embark on the journey of adulthood; 

Embrace the challenges and shoulder my responsibilities;

Push forward with my might to improve my abilities ;

It's time to grow, little red riding hood. 

Neglected myself to put others before me;

My needs and emotions were crushed by me;

Loving and always being there for other was me;

But no one was there for me.

I want to acknowledge and express my feelings; 

Shine as the brightest star; 

Be courageous, confident and soar high;

Hold my head high with a vision of far. 

Achieve goals with shear determination; 

Pledge to accept all flaws, to be my true self;

Find and follow all of god’s elf;

Never let go of my foundation. 

Build myself and raise my esteem;

My hair, grey due to knowledge and swim upstream; 

Grow as an individual and in my stream;

Undergo metamorphosis and follow my dream.
