Movies- a bygone Era
Movies- a bygone Era
Long ago I remember,
The good old age of the 90s
Where a trip to the movies,
Was a chance to see the Sher Khans
Where a few harmless kisses
Would put us to shame,
Would be taboo to say at home,
Still Would be a source of excitement.
Then came the Y2K,
And is the generation,
With more skin show than required,
And the Khans giving way to others,
With no sense of shame,
Everything was just another game.
And now with the Corona,
Even the movies are put to shame,
With no one to go to the halls
The halls are coming to us.
Serving us with whatever,
They can put together in 2 hrs.
Earlier we heard of,
The Serial Killers,
The OTT platform is
The New Movie killer.
But I will still miss it,
The Bygone Era of the Movie goings,
With Popcorn in one hand,
Coke on the other,
And a hundred dreams of the present,
N Future to hug and remember at night.
