Mother

She would cry when down I fell

She would forgive when at her I yell,

She walked with me when I grew up

She talked motivating me whenever I screwed up

She would strike if I was ever threatened

She would console whenever I was disheartened.

My achievements were her pride,

When I failed she would put me on my stride.

She was my elixir, she was selfless,

I couldn’t save her, I was helpless. 

She was my angel, the only one I could see,

She is my mother, who else can it be.
