Manuscript

Poseidon's tears splashed from feet of mare, sand sticking to their hoofs.

Winds singing praise of lord, caressing dandelions and tire swings in the woods-

Mayflies living in moments,

Sun fading before their next revolving mourn.

Cicadas coming from the crib of grains,

Or the tomb of autumn's atonement.

Hephaestus's eyes following the forest fire, grey sky burning from hopes of phoenix.

Invisible strings joining the apes through their cellular devices and caging the birds-

Galaxies of fireflies shine brighter,

Than moon's borrowed charm at night.

Writer using swan's feather as quill but,

She might still fly, like a kite, with her spine.



Algae colonies on shells of turtles who live in brass ponds,

Like life on islands; cleaned by water, kissed by breeze.

Time drifting like sand from dunes,

Acacia shadowing narcissus until vulture start to circle, 

Waiting for time to complete a pirouette.

Life and death, a fading silhouette....
