Majesty
Majesty
He gazed upon her and was struck
By her radiance, her otherworldly beauty.
It was as if the sun had descended
And shone its light on her alone.
He yearned to preserve that moment,
To hold onto it forever, in his mind's eye,
For she was a masterpiece, a work of art,
Her beauty beyond measure, beyond compare.
And so he prayed to be blinded,
To never see anything else again,
But her face alone, her radiance, and her grace,
Forever burned into his memory, a divine majesty.
