Loving Me
Loving Me
I have searched for love in endless skies,
In fleeting glances, in hopeful sighs.
But here I stand, strong and free,
At last, I’ve learned to cherish me.
I love myself—that is enough,
Through gentle days and moments tough.
Happiness blooms within my chest,
Not needing more, not seeking less.
Yet still, my heart, it softly yearns,
For love that gives and love that burns.
But I won’t chase, I will not break,
For what is real is worth the wait.
If love should come, let it be true,
A light that shines in golden hues.
Till then, I’ll dance, I’ll laugh, I’ll glow,
With love for me, I’ll let life flow.
No rush, no fear, just endless time,
One day, love’s stars will realign.
