Roses…they still remind me of you,

But I don’t yearn for you anymore. 

I have my rosy tint to admire,

My heart thunders at the sound of a beat.

It melted at your sight once,

No more looking behind at the moments lost. 

Love yourself- my heart declared,

Flaunt your unseen crown, my queen.

I love myself, with all my imperfections n flaws,

I embrace my broken pieces and moved ahead.

For many, I am “Someone”,

Though,” No one” for the one.

I smile and tread, gallop and swing,
