Love In Ruins
Love In Ruins
And when two cores comprised
Of contradicting cosmos -
Clashed with one another,
They were bound, my love -
To collapse, to crumble,
And eventually cease -
To be visible,
But never once were ought,
To coalesce into one entity -
With a crux of celestial oneness.
Then how in the world -
Had you and I wondered -
We would last throughout,
The spans of our lives?
