Light Forever
Light Forever
Mind your ear in the dark
Hear the wind blows
And croons the cryptic notes
Words are dancing on foliage
The dingy and dusky sky yens sunshine
To end up the dark age.
Open your ear in the dark
And listen to the silence
It converses without voice
It says the day will come
Today itself, no more tomorrow
No more tears, no more sorrow.
The trees are thrilled
And all the birds with lips closed so far
Call now warmly one to other:
The Monarch of the day
Has accorded the undying ray
For us forever.
