'Life'

I still remember the day we met,

Collections of thoughts were hovering yet unable to express.

Although the situation was preposterous a bit,

We managed to savor the moment without stress!

It wasn't extraordinary; it wasn't fictional

Were trying to contemplate all of it, pretending to be sensible.

Neither it was pompous nor exceptional,

However, for 'us' it was prodigiously magical!

The way you protect me, valuing my instincts

Making sure that everything is perfectly alright,

The way you hold my hands, look into my eyes,

My heartbeats are skipped end number of times.

Eccentric behavior of yours always make me laugh,

The gamut of emotions oozes out of my heart.

This life, which I'm so grateful of,

All because of 'you' being its inextricable part.
