Life Today
Life Today
Stuck we are, like in a cage thus Everything outside, a complete mess.
I stepped out of my home today,
For it was my vaccinations D-Day.
Excited and thrilled was I
As I could finally step out of my hive.
The trees, the path and the route
albeit being the same,
was enchanting and anew in absolute.
Regular scenes of the yore,
Held a special charm to the core.
What is it with our sight,
Everything seemed extra bright.
Awakened in me,
was a sense of applause
For all things, we take for granted,
But actually,
We need to relish with a pause.
