Let Me Die
Let Me Die
When I become a star in the sky
My loved ones from the Earth will tell me hi
I will blink to them my glittering eyes
I will smile and they will cry.
Then only I can get far away from their sight
But I'll be able to see them, both day and night
Perhaps, then they may have a lot to say
But then it will be too late to convey.
Because God will have then set me such free
So that nothing from here can reach to me
I will then start breathing and they will sigh
I will then start living after they let me die.
Again I'll take birth and come back to this place
With a lot of desires and hope of happiness
To experience love, to witness all mankind
And to live the life that was left behind.
To nurture my dreams and set them to sublime
And not to let myself die again before the stipulated time.
It matters where it takes me, to the heaven or the hell
Life has only one specimen copy and it's not for sale.
It matters how strong my memory remains and how long it lasts
Because I'm afraid if God makes me forget my past.
That I carry and grow within me to make them reside
That I hold within me to the deep inside.
But alas! All that in my presence is unreal and lie
So before it turns to reality, please once ask me why
Ask me what other choices left before I choose to die.
