I sat in the comfort of a zabuton,
the shadow veiling those two sparkling mirrors;
Laden with dew that came from deep within,
They were afraid to shed any more tears.
I wanted to be the girl, so glee,
I asked my heart, why not she?
Her fiery eyes who spoke her mind,
And her smile, so wild and free.
That loving warmth she must exude,
And Oh! those vibes so charismatic,
Her words, when she spoke, light and feathery,
And just her presence would feel s
o ecstatic!
Nature's fury she must hold,
And silence be her virtue old,
Yet her heart be soft and bold,
She would have a touch of gold!
Books her life and words her breathe,
Her youthful mind incandescent,
No matter what she never feared death,
Her ethics forever she would uphold.
I asked my heart with a soulful heart,
Who must she be; delighting her presence,
My heart chuckled, and then whispered:
"It's you because no else makes sense!"
