It's my life 

I want to live the fullest 

Make mistakes and learnt 

Lessons from them

 It's a mistake neither a crime 

Which I committed nor a big blunder 

Everyone do, isn't it?

I want to fly high and achieve my goals

Why you want to cut my wings and 

Make sure to not fly anymore?

Is living up to your dream goals 

And reaching heights is a sin

Why you throw tantrums of being in jealousy 

Why those harsh words on my achievements

What was the reason to treat me

Like a caged bird?

Why you make boundaries 

Of what fear doing this?

Want to live on my terms and conditions is not a heinous thing?

I am not a mere doll or a lifeless toy 

Have a soul with emotions.

I have enough me.

I am par excellence beauty with brain

Who gave me a right to judge me and come up to the conclusions unknown to you?

 Without knowing me in person 

How cruel this world might be that 

They lost compassion towards others 

Poison filled minds and hearts showing through actions and words

 It's my life and it's my world too

Like those unresolved mysteries 

Like millions of galaxies in space 

Which yet to be discovered 

It's my life and it's my story 

And it is my journey to discover and resolve on my own 

The decision is mine and suffering is mine 

Please let me live with peace of mind
