Introspection

I love to remain perched in the middle

Derive a mean out of every situation

Where...I am neither way ahead of time

Nor lag behind

 

I am neither too steeped in tradition

Nor claim to be flashy and modern

Just a go between reasonable and stubborn

 

I am neither too dominant as a person

Nor coy demure and recessive in my opinion

I do not lose sight of tempo

Pitching in my perspective and conviction

 

I am neither religious 

Nor espouse such belief and indulge in practices

Yet, I am deeply spiritual as a person 

Of late... I have realized this 

By dint of providential promptings and premonition.
