One day when I met my inner self

I was surprised to see a different me

Smiling and blushing like a child 

Happy with all that he had

Valued health and every body part

From the core of his heart 

Loved to be with me 

Silencing all the noises around 

Listening to just my inner self sound

Encouraging me to change and be profound.
