If I had wings

If I had wings I would fly so high,

above the clouds, in the blue sky.

If I could fly, kids would see me around the world,

with wings so white and hair all curled.

When I would fly, I’d see everyone,

Walking in the park or going for a run.

When it would be night I’d go to sleep,

I’d be so happy I’d never weep!

It’s summer and I need a break,

Oh! A holiday I should take.

I’d fly to other countries in a day,

also get tanned under hot sun rays.

If I had wings I would make the earth green.

It would smell so nice and be so clean.

If everybody had wings there’d be no planes,

no air masks or acid rains!
