I Miss These Things

The moon that is bright

The stars that shine

On a cool clear night

Always around us like a magician.

Watching the sunrise and sunset

One of my childhood favorite

Finding shapes in clouds

With the right song at the right moment.

These things may be simple and funny,

But when being simple is more than enough

We'll feel happy more than enough,

Seems to be the richest of all.

Accessing simple things is easy

That puts a smile on our face,

Keeps us truly happy.
