I'm Sad, But Don't Know Why

Life is filled with challenges,

Everyone has to cross many obstacles,

Each one of us Has to tackle

With tenacity and grit.

I'm so sad and depressed

Because of my backbiters and backstabbers.

But don't know why

As they're the best teachers in my life.

I'm so regretful and dejected

Because of my failures 

But don't know why

Because I learned many lessons from it.

I feel so painful

When there's a scuffle with my beloveds.

But I don't know why

As it shows their love for me.

Protect yourself from happiness

To safeguard yourself from sorrows.
