I Am Here With You

 A voice came from within me

 Tried to say something,

 I too agreed to continue

 And tried to listen to it.

 A soft voice of innermost soul

 Felt subtle with the choice,

 Wanted to convey something

 But it's surrounded by noise.

 I tried to make it calm

 And settled it down,

 It listened to me patiently

 And came with red gown.

 When it blowed its wonder

 I felt bit irritating and filled with anger,

 But the voice was so sweet

 It made me felt better and calmer.

 It explained me the reason of 

 Its pure and blessed existence,

 It's with me since my childhood

 On the verge of my teenage.

 We met every month 

 With regular interval of time,

 If there is no see of it

 Then mind bell turns a chime.

 With its existence till now

 I became a beautiful gifted mother,

 I couldn't realise the importance

 Rather with pain, I cursed it to go forever.

 Now, it came to me and explained everything

 With lots of love and patience,

 Now, it's time to bid bye to it

 And after few years I realised its real sense.

 " I am here with you as a blessing,

 Till few days I am here for enjoying,

 I am no-one except your permission

 I am the menopause, on the verge of ending."-

 These are the words melted my heart,

 I found myself dumbfounded,

 I accepted it as my body's integral part.
