I always wonder,

If a woman's life

Isn't like a chameleon's.

Change to situation,

Re-change to context,

Alter oneself to

Moving dimensions,

And to match the hues

Of those around.

To blend in,

And sometimes,

To stand out.

An element of surprise

In every move,

Curiosity in one eye,

Enlightenment in other.

Colourful, stunning, startling,

Revelation, to say the least.

I always wonder,

If a woman's life,

Isn't what it seems.
