Hope

I was sitting near the seashore, the beautiful waves gave me solace

I forgot about my worries, a smile crept on my face.



All the memories started to flash in front of my eyes.

I was all alone, nobody by my side, thinking about it I couldn't stop my cries.

I had no one with whom I could share my pain.

God knows, how much I have cried in vain.

I heard a voice, "Hey Pretty girl please don't cry"

I turned back and saw a handsome guy.

He was tall & had a masculine body, blue eyes, Indeed a prince he looked

He sat beside me and in his hands, my hands he took.

"Hi, my name is HOPE!", he smiled and told his name

I smiled and did the same

"Those tears don't look good in your pretty eyes", he said

Listening to his remark, I blushed dark red.

In his melodious voice, he started singing a song.

He whispered in my ears-"Trust me, Princess, you're very strong"

"Never mind about these scars

Everyone knows how brave you're even the moon and the stars!"

He hugged me, I closed my eyes and he patted my head

Opening my eyes, I found myself in the room on my bed

Indeed an unforgettable dream it was.

From that day onwards, I started accepting my flaws.
