(1) A noun is the name of a thing a kite
a school, a garden and a king.
(2) Adjectives tells the kind of noun as
great, small, pretty, yellow and brown.
(3) In place of noun pronoun stands his
head, her face, your arm and my hand
(4) Verb tell of something being done to
see, count, carry, laugh and run.
(5) How things are done the adverb tells
as slowly , quickly, ill and well
(6) Conjunctions join the words together
as men and women wind & weather
(7) The preposition stands before a noun
as in through a door.
(8) The interjection shows surprise as
how pretty and how wise.
(9) The little words you often use are
articles a, an and the form.
(10) All these are called parts of speech
