After leaving Patna Prince Gobind
And the caravan's first stoppage
For the night was at Mother Jamuna's
Cottage in Danapur in Bihar
Then they reached Banaras
Via Mirjapur and stayed there
In a religious sanctuary meant
For the travelers convenience
Bhai Gurbaksh stayed with
The ninth guru who bestowed
Upon him the task of preaching
And was also given a mridanga
This mridanga is kept there
At present in Gurdwara Mridangudi.
Bhai Gurbaksh along with other Sikhs
Came to Prince Gobind to meet him
Many more visited the Prince Gobind
Either to have his nectar like glimpse
Or to test his calibre by asking him

After getting satisfying answers
They were surprised at his wisdom
One Ibrahim came to him
And asked to remove his poverty
Prince gave him money and valuables
Later on, the caravan continued via Mathura, Vrindavan, Ayodhya,
Nanak Matta, Haridwar, Saharanpur n Jhansi
Thus Prince Gobind reached Punjab
Guru Teg Bahadur sent message
At Lakhnaur and told to put up there
Till any further message from him.
Mother Gujari's parents lived at Lakhnaur
And so it was Prince Gobind's ancestral
Village from the maternal side. Planning is to
Construct a national-level museum there.
