Fame And Failure
Fame And Failure
When you have fame,
Nothing should change, remain the same
You should always be true,
To friends who stood by you.
Fame and failure are but imposters,
You can be a winner or loser,
As you rise so can you fall,
But you should always stand tall.
When you are famous you will be sought after,
When you fail you will be followed by mocking laughter,
New friends surround you with your fame,
Fairweather friends only in name.
Friends who matter always stand by you,
They show you what is false what is true,
When fame makes you fly to the star,
From true friends you go very far,
And when you start to fall Down,
You will be trying to hold on to your crown,
A true friend will take away your pain,
Tells you nothing lasts forever but true friends always remain.
