Dashavatar
I was a fish in mother's womb, blind of the outer world
I took to be a turtle, Crawling on my tummy
I behaved a boar rolling in wastes
I turned a human-lion, started to use animal instinct
I a little boy started to acquire knowledge
I became an angry teenager out of impatience
I a man understood the responsibility
I learnt to love, from my family
I turned old, became powerless and calm
I wait today for unknown to give me purpose
P.S.:
A man starts his life in a mother’s womb like fish in water not caring for the outer world. The human grows up and starts rolling on the tummy like a tortoise. Lives like a pig not knowing what is dirty, what is clean. Learns to adapt by sheer animalistic senses, doesn’t care for right or wrong. The small kid acquires knowledge through schools. Learns anger and uses it to get what they want. Turns to be a grown-up and understands responsibility. They learn to love and passion gets married and has kids. Finally, gets old and learns to be calm. At the end left with nothing but wait for the unknown. These are the Dasavathara of a human life Matsya(Inside womb), Kurma (Moving on Tummy), Varaha (Untidy baby), Narasimha (Animalistic survival), Vamana (Learning kid), Parasurama (Anger), Rama (Human), Krishna (Love), Buddha(Calm), Kalki(Unknown). In each form, we have an option to learn something from life. If you don’t learn, you have to wait for the unknown to give you purpose.
