Contentment

I was a workaholic

My fountain pen always worked

I ran behind the success

From the computer, I tried to coordinate

Barely finding moments of rest!

My heart is not satisfied

And I failed, to earn laughter, to earn contentment

Everything I had but still I want to live again!

I consoled my soul.

I paid attention to my surroundings

And paid attention to small little things

I planted plants and watched new saplings!

Dawn drops kisses on my face, sweet voices of birds, flawless

It sings sweetly, like a wanderer

Who is playing its flute

When I back to fill my papers again I felt myself like a sapling

I wondered I was not the same person, I was content, smiling!!!
