I challenge

The winds strong to try blow me off-my-feet

The tides high to wash my dreams

The scorching sun to burn my cheeks with its heat

The lashing rains to dampen my spirits 

The peaks high to pose new challenges to me every day

For I am determined to fight them all

To rise high above my inhibitions and anxieties 

And have firmly made up my mind

To break all bonds

And not to stop

Before attaining my resolve
