Ease out your eyes and slow down your pace,

Get your mind out of your pretty little mess.

Clear out the shadows, the fog and the blurs,

Look around the world outside, varied it's colors.

The hues of the morning sun, too good to lose sight,

The twinkling in the night sky, stars tiny but bright.

The calm, tender, turquoise, slow blowing breeze,

Close your eyes, open up your soul, let the moment freeze.

The rustling of leaves that possess a tint of green,

Content in their being, pacifyingly serene.

Gold and glittery city-lights, glowing bright with hope,

Hide in them a million stories, a billion troubles to cope.

The cast of cold and sleepless nights, heavy on heart and dark,

And of brand new acquaintances, fresh and full of spark.

Birds all flying home at dusk, circling up the town,

Fruit of effort in their beaks, their toil a shade of brown.

Pursuit of goals, of endeavours, going through blues and grays,

What to say about triumph, flying colors all the way.

The most divine of all colors, alive through rise and fall,

The hue of love binding the world, one that embraces all.
