CHILDHOOD-A 'PERCEPTION'.

CHILDHOOD-A 'PERCEPTION'.

Childhood is the period when a child seems to the society as 'innocent',

When the society appears to the child as 'decent'.

When a child's universe lies around his 'toys',

When people don't distinct between 'girls and boys'.

Childhood is the period when a child lives in his 'dreams',

In this period, his mind is not blocked by the silent 'screams'.

When everyone appears to him as a 'friend',

When he needs no-one for him to 'defend'.

Childhood is the period when a child's life is painted with 'colours',

In this period, his brain is not coated with 'dolours.'

It's When smile is a gift presented to 'everyone',

And he is tortured by 'no-one'.

Childhood is the period which has to 'go',

Thinking about which tears may 'flow'.

It is the phase which will never come back 'again',

Because a new phase of life has to anyhow 'begin'.
