Borrowed Words

Borrowed Words

None of the words are mine

Some I heard in dreams

Some were whispered by stones

Reverberations of saint's tears

The haunting satisfaction of sinners

The words etched uttered once

The words yet to be spoken

Floating eternally in stream of time

Like mist some rise, some fall like rain

the old Soul in me remembers them

I am a speck drifting on boundless

Infinite eternal emptiness of space

Some encase me like a fragrance

Some drops in quietly, sinks deep

Awareness grows as they chisel me

Like a drunk, I repeat what I hear

Without hesitation, I follow them

Through unknown path of destiny's forest

Words has been told, it will be again

Once by them, now by me, then by others

Some are reverberations of sinner's smile

Few, haunting tears of of saints

Some were whispered by stones

Some I heard in dreams

I echo, for none of the words are mine
