"Bulging belly? Eat less."

"Fat thighs? Forget shorts."

"Heavy weight? Walk slow."

"Double chin?..." Mentality so low!

She lived on people's choices,

Also dropped her culinary interests.

Ran errands to fit those tights,

Starved herself and cried all night.

Embarrassed of her own self,

Body weight lowered her confidence,

With depression knocking now & then,

Everyday she is bodyshamed.

Slim, Skinny are just words to say,

Nobody knows what all it takes,

Like a test, damn hard to pass,

To get curves like an hourglass!
