Behind The Walls
Behind The Walls

Everyday she gets dressed up,
Sometimes with sandal,
Sometimes with fruits,
Sometimes with kumkum,
Without loosing patience,
She sees her devotee,
Sometimes she gets a chance,
To roam outside, on her chariot.
But mostly she resides
Behind the walls.
Her devotees hail her everyday.
She may be made of stone or
Bronze.
She may be accompanied by flowers
And music.
But who knows,
What's going behind that devoted,
Smiling face.
>She has battled a lot,
For her loved ones, her devotees
And even those who curse!
Who knows, if there are tears,
Behind those doors,
When she is alone!
Even a strong devi, can go through
Tough time.
She is our mother, we share our stress to her,
But just a word "hope you are fine!",
From the heart, a reciprocating affection makes her day
Dedicated to all gods behind the wall and stars beyond reach of public.
Who goes through depression at times.
