Before I Sleep

I never knew life would be so wild

It kept changing and made me growing

Changes were my biggest fear

But never thought change was the nick

Name of my life.

Just wanted to say these before I sleep

Always a happy kid but never

Thought anxiety would hug

Me so tightly

Came out of it with a

Completely changed person

Literally every bad change in my life

Made me a good person.

Just wanted to say these before I sleep.

Never thought a single person could affect

You so much in

So many ways

The time stuck and my heart too.

Maybe 'us' was not forever.

Just wanted to say these before I sleep.

Forgetting the past the present was

Really happy new place, new people,

And a new life.

And when it came to the toughest decision

Till date I got stuck.

Maybe it was the time to leave them.
