Diyas & Rangolis adorn the home,

Family syncs together in festive form,

Untouched edges of home are cleaned,

Shelves are organized and interior is retreated, 

Get together and sweet delights, 

Enjoying with loved ones is everyone's right,

New idols of God find our lost hopes & shine,

Diwali is the dazzling light of our sky,

Ringing the bells with mantras & channeling distracted attitude, 

Aura of a family changes for a while,

Hand in hand we aside our smartphones, 

To look out for world that was LOST & cold,

We just not celebrate with materials, 

We mend our relations & 

Look forward for beautiful situations, We close our eyes and focus on the good

Diwali is not just a festival, 

It's an emotion displayed in colours & flowers.
