Apart And Together
Apart And Together
Says the dark night
to an ominous moon,
‘Pray, where lies my virtues
To deserve thee, as company’
The waning moon, wanes a little more
Over a wound gone soar
Puss ridden and yellowish pale
In the milky white regale but,
utters not a wail
Thinks, alone to own
‘Me, stuck along with you,
In beauty’s galore
And contempt’s valour'
Each with the other
Apart yet together, together yet apart…
Smiling with each other
Giving strength to the other
While each wallows
In a longing, pining and desiring the other
The dark night sighs deep within …
Thinking what made her love him
While moon wondered how she could be so lucky
Each blissfully basking in the other’s love
Yet painfully aware of the distance piercing throughout
Love so pure courses through
That even fate and the Lord must bow out
So every fifteen days or so
We see an eclipse and lo..
That’s when the two meet
In arms together blissfully replete
O my moon of my life
I too feel the same delight
When I see touch and be with you
It seems like the required thing to do
Come to my arms
My Queen my beloved
Ringing of Alarms
In my head
I love you so much
Is all I can breath
But no match it is for the love you bestow
Sets my entire life aglow
Pine for you, my love, I do
Like the dark night for the moon…
Irrevocably indisputably infinitely irreversibly…It’s true
