An Ode to Food

The history knocks at the present's door,

Food has been living from the past,

Till now on and so.

Food is not just eating,

It's a part of our soulful lives .

It brings a smile on crooked brim for a while .

As the trail of platters run from our side,

A motion of emotions glint from our profile .

Ornamented platters with delicacies from all orb sides,

We adorn it,with it's every bite,

As it nourishes our being as we gulp in,

The world of delight.

We our inept to travel in the future,

But expect to move in through our kitchen slides .

An inspection of experiments we conduct on the red hot flames to make our old dishes ignite .

 An experience we love to acquire, if it fails then also we rejoice.

As every failure brings a light on our delights,

Though It becomes a centerpiece of happiness for all our family lives .

It's an entity that fixes the family ties,

As the sparkling hot salvers are placed on the dining tile,

Wearied, empty eyes smile on,inhaling the aroma if countless spice .

It is the food for which we live for, 

A fuel of our body for which we toil .

We labour hard to earn bread as a knight.
