A Teacher is 'born'...

People may believe it or not,

That doesn't matter.

The truth is that 

A teacher is, in fact, born 

Not made. 

Sounds peculiar? 

Hey, that's actually true!!! 

You see, the world of today 

May judge a teacher 

By one's academic qualification And so forth. 

Obviously, the platform has been prepared 

For the development of every teacher--

For whom the Question of 

Financial security 

And future prospects of

Family survival solely depends on money matters! 

The more money flows in one's life, 

The more comfortable his/her lifestyle becomes. 

It is practically applicable 

To every teacher in this world.

And it is also true that 

The life of a teacher is never 

Limited to mere money making.

There are, still, some private school teachers 

Who neither compare the pay register, pay band 

Or any myopic issues. 

They never stop rendering 

Their selfless service 

Just because of their financial limitations 

Or miscellaneous other bottlenecks. 

Rather, they hold their head high And serve the future nation builders sans narrow mindedness, endless calculations, 

Complaints and regrets! 

They are even NOT influenced by The unnecessary stress of life or the baseless blame game; they just render their timeless service beyond comparison.

It is the time to realize

The sincere service of those teachers 

Whose purpose of life is 

To involve with 

The future nation builders.

Their life, itself, is 

An example of good hope, 

Genuine feelings, love for the profession 

And doubtless care and affection.

There may be endless calculations And comparisons in this world. There may be the fixed level of payment 

For particular teachers. 

Let it be whatever it is,

As per the institution.

The truth is still the same :

One 'cannot make' a teacher 

Only based on the pay scale 

Or other comforts.

A teacher will be 'still a teacher' Who has the power to dignify 

One's position 

As an 'immortal inspiration'.

Can't they be given 

Their wings of freedom 

To be one of the 

Unique teachers 

in this world?
