A Soldier, a Martyr
A Soldier, a Martyr
He is a brave soldier
His nation to him
Is dearer and fonder
He has no fear
To fight the enemy
The terrorist or the intruder
A dream he has
To be with her
But for the war
He puts his step further
To protect the country
He fights at the border
Death to him is nearer and dearer
One day he comes back home
Wrapped in the Tricolor
To his beloved wife and mother
All broken into tears
He lies sealed in his slumber
With an unfinished letter
"But I'm a soldier
You must remember
Martyrdom to me
Is my pride and honour. "
He is the brave soldier
A martyr he is
And a warrior!
