A marvel to the eyes 
You must visit to see
A haven for wildlife
Its verdant canopy

So rich to explore 
My land of Odisha 
Its history and lore
Beholds the traditions
And our customs gallore

My mother tongue oriya
So sweet and pure
Like the soothing waves
Caressing the sea-shore

For Odisha, my love 
Forever will stay
Bright like the sun
That shines everyday
