A Halt In The Journey Of Life

In the even fall train journey,

While the scorching sun slowly subsiding,

And trees awaiting for the arrival of the birds,

Some perennial flowers getting ready to bloom,

The moon woke up at another horizon,

Sitting beside the window,

Hearing tuneful music,

Favourite book in one hand, 

Coffee in another,

I relaxed my mind, my body, and soul;

There you came to my mind like an invader,

Encrypting all my thoughts,

Haven't given any key to decrypt it,

Again I lost in a world of thoughts,

Mind slowly dwelt into past memories;

Where my world is not you and me,

My world is you, only you,

Now, memories moved back along with scenarios outside,

while seeing that crimson red in the sky,

I remember my first blush when I met you,

While seeing that yellow marigold,

I remember the bouquet you gifted me,

But while looking at the black, 

I am looking at my future, darkness,

blank, without you;

Tears rolled down to reside at my cheeks,

Your memories haunted my mind,

Then,

There came the gentle wind to wipe my tears,

There came the stars and the moon to lighten up my life,

Train whistles and chugging sounds 

Added rhythm to my monotonous life..

I thought, 

Why there is a halt in my life,

Why I am punishing myself,

Why to get worried,

When the whole universe is helping to let me free...

Just move on...I reminded my mind.
