A Burning Question?
A Burning Question?
Have you ever thought?
The question with which we Always fought.
Who am I or where am I heading?
Have you ever mused, where you are treading?
Living in a huddled world
Which forces us to swirl,
Everyone in their assignation
Thinking only of ruination.
Prima facie we too think the same,
As we have hardly understood the game.
Vitriolic speech has turned us lame,
Leaving us restive not to declaim.
The purpose with which we are born,
Has left us careworn.
Because 'reconciliation' has become a
Forlorn song, making us a greenhorn
But the reality differs,
As we all can trigger,
The apprehensions brewing
In the local's coffee mug.
It's only we who can
Fend for ourselves,
Not allowing others
To stymie thyself.
LET’S bury the hatchet.
And turn over a new leaf.
Get rid of the disbelief,
That we can't find peace.
Just watch your step,
That you may not misstep.
Feel the virtue of doing good,
To withstand the unlikely hood.
