A Bucket Of Ice
A Bucket Of Ice
My head's thermostat signaled
Danger, over heat, i repeat over heat
I thought it was a drill
Until i collapsed On the floor
All sweaty, drenched like a duck
I lazily thought whether or not
I should move to the beach
Happily; nevertheless
Upon coming out the fiery sun
Forced me To heel off hastily inside.
What To do, what to do?
A bucket of ice I saw
What to do, what to do?
Throw them in the tub
It is icy; in time my body is adapting
It is chilling yet refreshing
Plans for the beach another day
I'm feeling better
That is a big ordeal
