She looks at the horizon.. displaying golden hues..

The sun is going to clear away her morning blues...

So she thought.... as she was driven into the world unknown..

Her eyes were aching... her feet.. as cold as stone...

Last night she got married to a stranger... a guy she had never known..

From playing hopscotch she would now have to play new games....

Her life would never be the same...

She looked teary eyed as her family bid her adieu..

Into the world..

So new

Yet she waits for the sun to glow and burn..

She wants to wake up again...
